B.A. Degree Requirements – Global AI & IT Major
A minimum of 120 credits is required for graduation. Students must satisfy the minimum credit requirements in each area as follows:
- 1. Liberal Arts Courses – minimum 24 credits
- Students must complete the required minimum credits in basic literacy, basic sciences, and core liberal arts courses as designated by the university.
- 2. Major Courses – minimum 60 credits

Students in the Global Artificial Intelligence & IT major must complete at least 60 credits in major coursework, including:
- AI, data science, software, and cloud/edge computing courses
- Applied and advanced AI courses such as deep learning, generative AI, prompt engineering, robotics & edge AI, AI platforms & cloud, and XR/Metaverse AI
- Required major courses such as Applied Machine Learning Project, AI Systems Analysis and Design, and Responsible AI and Ethics
- 3. Field Training / Internship (Optional, counted toward major elective credits)
- Domestic and international field training courses (4 to 16 weeks) or AI-related industry internships may be taken and counted as major elective credits.
- 4. Additional Credit Requirement
- If a student completes the minimum required credits in liberal arts, major courses, and field training but falls short of the 120 total credits required for the degree, the remaining credits may be fulfilled by freely selecting additional liberal arts courses, major courses, or field training courses.
